Program Coordinator
Hands-on, detail oriented person needed to supervise an 18-bed residential program for youth ages 10-18 in Tavernier, FL. Position supervises an established team of direct care staff and is responsible for day to day administrative operations. Supervisory and management skills a must, Masters Degree in social work related field preferred and residential experience required. Benefits include health, simple IRA and paid time off. Salary starts at $38,000+ depending on experience.

Team Leader Position
Position includes: Case Management duties, staff and client supervision, and overseeing Behavior Management System. Must have relevant experience in these areas. Education: Bachelor’s Degree, $30,000/year plus benefits. Must be able to work some nights and weekends and work with a diverse client population. On call required. Position is available in Tavernier Office. Licensure and quality assurance standards require both male and female staff. All employees must retain a valid Florida driver’s license and receive background check and drug screening.
